how do we challange mods in chat when u have been banned ?

I've not played long and im only a level 5.but, I've been muted by mod in English chat 2x I don't ask for money 1 congratulate and wish good luck how can that be considered  suspicious behavior only late night mod has a problem with me .2 times in less that 3 days now it says im muted for 2740 days .this i don understand with no reason .i can't spend money here if I can't get the extras  or not able to join chat .can I challenge there decision. I would appreciate the feed back thankyou.
